Let me tell you a quick story about frequency, urgency, and recurring UTIs.

At the time I was trying to seek out natural remedies through medication, food, and other supplements.

I was struggling with trying to find the right combination that worked consistently but without having to take actual medication.

And I was getting more and more frustrated with trying product after product and allowing several weeks for them to work.

Then discouragement set in: although I did obtain some relief, my symptoms kept coming back, no matter what, which meant I couldn't resume regular activities. I was hoping to achieve a normal lifestyle where I could go out in public without having to seek out a restroom.

 As you can imagine, I was in bad shape and desperate, but I wasn't ready to give up on finding a solution, I knew there had to be something out there...

 About a year later, I had started visiting a naturopath doctor for general health who then recommended Bladder Balance after hearing about my aggravation with urinary issues. (She also recommended cutting out some foods that may trigger urgency issues)
